Nour Bint Ali Al -Khalif, Minister of Sustainable Development, CEO of the Economic Development Council of Dr. Rania Al -Mashat, Minister of Planning, Economic Development and International Cooperation in the sisterly Arab Republic Sustainable development and the Economic Development Council.
At the beginning of the meeting, the caliph welcomed the doctor, praising the deep brotherly relations that link the two brotherly countries, and affirming the importance of the government committee in enhancing bilateral cooperation, especially in the areas of sustainable development and economic cooperation in a way that contributes to achieving common aspirations.
She reviewed the most prominent national initiatives launched by the Kingdom of Bahrain to consolidate the foundations of sustainable development, confirming the Kingdom’s commitment to developing integrated policies that enhance sustainable growth, enabling individuals and various sectors to achieve comprehensive economic and social development, as well as highlighting the efforts made to support innovation and adopt quality initiatives that contribute to sustainability and development Commercial, economic, scientific and technological sectors, in a way that enhances Bahrain’s competitiveness at the regional and international levels.
For its part, Dr. Rania Al -Mashat emphasized the strong fraternal relations that bring together the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Arab Republic of Egypt, praising the pioneering role played by the Kingdom of Bahrain in all developmental fields, including the field of sustainable development.
It also stressed the importance of expanding the existing partnership between the two countries to exchange experiences and benefit from best practices, in a way that contributes to accelerating the pace of sustainable development.
