The Supreme Council for the Environment announces the organization of a workshop dedicated to clarifying the new licensing mechanism for transport vehicles, in accordance with Ministerial Resolution No. 7 of 2024 issued by His Highness the President of the Supreme Environment Council regarding new waste transfer licenses, which aims to reduce the illegal disposal of waste, for all operating companies In the field of waste transfer of all kinds, through visual communication, during the period from February 23 to February 25, 2025.
In this regard, the engineer Lama Al -Mahrous, Director of the Department of Control and Environmental Protection, stressed the importance of Ministerial Resolution No. 7 of 2024 regarding the new waste transfer licenses, in enhancing control over the transfer of waste and verifying its access to the correct points in order to rotate, process and dispose of what remains of it, During the employment of the latest electronic systems in this field, noting that the council will explain the details of the new mechanism and respond to all inquiries During the workshop, companies can also communicate via email: (Email Protectored).
