Dr. Mohamed Salah, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education in Menoufia Governorate, revealed new details regarding the accusation of a school principal of harassing a student after the end of the school day.
The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education in Menoufia Governorate stated that the Directorate did not receive complaints from the guardian, and did not submit a memorandum of the educational administration.
The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education indicated that, as soon as the news of the report of a report of the incident arrived, the Directorate of Education in Menoufia Governorate decided to exclude the director of a school in the Ashmoun Educational Administration, after accusing him of harassing one of the students, and this decision came as a precaution until the completion of the investigations and legal procedures related to the incident.
Details of the incident
Dr. Mohamed Salah, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education in Menoufia, confirmed to Cairo 24 that the Directorate is closely following the issue to ensure the achievement of justice and take the necessary measures in accordance with the law, and stressed the Ministry’s complete rejection of any unethical behavior within educational institutions, and its keenness to provide a safe environment for students.
The investigation authorities in Menoufia are conducting an investigation with the principal of a school in the village of Simadoun of the Ashmoun Center, after a report arrived at the Ashmoun Center yesterday from the student’s father.
A source for Cairo 24 explained that the incident dates back to last Thursday, when the student told his father what the school principal did yesterday, and immediately the guardian went to the Ashmoun police station to edit a report of the incident and accuse the principal of the school of harassing his son after the end of the school day.
A security force arrested the accused, and took him to the Ashmoun Center office, and he confessed to the incident, and the security force edited the incident and reserved it to present it to the investigation authorities.
A state of sadness prevailed among the people of the Ashmoun Center in Menoufia Governorate as a result of the incident, after circulating greatly among parents, demanding that the necessary legal measures be taken into account.
