The captain of the doctors d. Osama Abdel -Hayy, that Article 3 of Law 153 of 2019, which includes some amendments to the provisions of Law 415 of 1954, stipulated that the concession doctor’s reward is equivalent to 80% of the resident’s salary, indicating that it was amended by Article 3 of Law 18 of 2023 that It stipulated that the reward be with a severed value of 2800 pounds and can be increased by a decision of the Prime Minister.
The Assistant Secretary -General of the Medical Syndicate d. Khaled Amin Zaraa, the necessity of raising the bonus of the concession doctors to be 80% of the resident’s salary, especially since the current payments change their training system to sign a two -year concession instead of one year.

Khaled Amin, of the necessity of setting a legislative amendment to link the reward for the concession doctors with the salary of the resident doctor at a rate of no less than 80%, so that the reward is changing according to different changes and circumstances, pointing out that Article 3 of Law 153 of 2019 related to amendments to Law 415 of 1954 regarding an important practice Medicine, it had stipulated that the concession bonus be worth 80% of the resident’s salary, but it was fed with Article 3 From Law 18 of 2023.
The General Syndicate of Doctors received an appeal from the physicians of the medical colleges of medicine in the Egyptian universities that the concession doctor’s reward should be raised to 80% of the resident doctor’s salary, and to disburse the profession risk allowance for the concession doctors, similar to the resident doctors, due to the similarity of the work environment and health risks.
The concession doctors also called for improving their conditions, stressing that it is not just a personal requirement, but rather a need to ensure the provision of high quality medical service to the Egyptian citizen.
