The Port Said University Center for Professional Development organized a practical training for university students in cooperation with the General Authority of the Economic Zone of the Suez Canal, headed by Walid Jamal Al -Din, in the context of implementing the directives of Dr. Sherif Saleh, President of Port Said University, to link education to industry and the labor market.

The training program, hosted by the East Port Said Port, included the participation of 42 students, as they were introduced to work requirements in the ports, the necessary skills, and modern technologies used, which contributes to enhancing their connection to the labor market and helps them define their professional paths.
For his part, Dr. Sherif Saleh, President of Port Said University, thanked the President of the General Authority for the Economic Zone of the Suez Canal, and Major General Bahr Muhammad Ahmed Mahmoud, Vice -President of the Northern Region, for their fruitful cooperation with the university and its students.
He also praised the efforts of the University Center for Professional Development, headed by Dr. Heba Youssef, in enhancing cooperation with factories, companies and distinguished bodies, allowing students to see the latest requirements of the labor market, and qualify them for job opportunities inside and outside Egypt.
