Within the framework of the efforts of the General Administration of Sunni Endowments to develop and enhance endowment investment in a way that achieves sustainability and community development, Mr. Ahmed Khalil Khairi, Director of the General Administration of Sunni Endowments, and Mr. Hassan Mushaima, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Granada Real Estate Group, signed a memorandum of understanding with Granada Real Estate Group, with the aim of cooperation in the fields of real estate development and management of endowment projects.
The memorandum aims to strengthen the partnership between the public and private sectors, and exchange experiences in the field of developing and managing endowment real estate assets, in a way that ensures achieving the highest levels of efficiency and sustainable return on endowments.
The Director of the General Administration of Sunni Endowments confirmed that this step comes within the administration’s strategy aimed at activating the endowments as a development and economic resource that contributes to serving the community and achieving the purposes of the endowment.
Khairy explained that this memorandum is to establish joint working mechanisms to implement endowment real estate development projects, in addition to studying new investment opportunities that contribute to enhancing the developmental role of the endowment in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
For his part, Mr. Hassan Mushaima, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Granada Group, expressed his pride in this partnership, praising the great role played by the General Administration of Sunni Endowments in developing endowments and investing in them in a modern and sustainable manner.
