
The Bahrain Paralympic Committee will host the Regulations and Legal Committees of the Arab Federation for Sports for Persons with Disabilities, during the period from November 11 to 14, 2025, at the Swiss Hotel in the Seef District.
This event comes within a series of periodic meetings held by the Arab Federation, with the participation of an elite group of sports and administrative leaders concerned with sports for persons with disabilities at the level of the Arab world, during which a number of vital files will be discussed, most notably the discussion of systems and regulations in accordance with the Paralympic Charter, as the meeting reviews. Discussing what will be presented at the next Board of Directors, which will be held in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during the month of December of this year
Ihab Hassanein, President of the Arab Federation, stressed the importance of this meeting, as a number of files related to Arab Paralympic sports will be discussed, and it is the culmination of previous meetings and workshops that dealt with the draft statute of the Federation.
The President of the Arab Federation pointed out the great role of the Bahrain Paralympic Committee in hosting this meeting in the Kingdom of Bahrain and its pioneering role in promoting Paralympic sports, enhancing the programs and activities of the Arab Federation, and supporting sports for persons with disabilities regionally and internationally.
