The Sultan Bin Ali Al Owais Cultural Award announced the honoring and awarding of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, with the Cultural Achievement Award within its nineteenth session, in recognition of His Highness’s exceptional career in the cultural and knowledge field around the world.
