Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah: His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, witnessed, on Tuesday, the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the Ras Al Khaimah Municipality Department and the Urban Economy Forum, the global platform concerned with developing sustainable urban development, to enhance cooperation in implementing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, and to consolidate Ras Al Khaimah’s position as a leading model in achieving the eleventh goal related to sustainable cities and communities. This came while His Highness received, in his palace in Saqr bin Mohammed City, a delegation headed by Reza Pourvaziri, CEO of the Urban Economy Forum, in the presence of a number of senior officials of the department.
