Sharjah – WAM His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, issued an Emiri Decree regarding the establishment and organization of the Abdul Rahman bin Muhammad Al Owais Cultural Foundation. The decree stipulated that a private artistic and cultural institution called the “Abdul Rahman bin Muhammad Al Owais Cultural Foundation” would be established, pursuant to this decree, in the emirate. It would be a non-governmental, non-profit institution that would have the legal personality and legal capacity necessary to achieve its goals and carry out its powers. It would have financial and administrative independence, and its ownership would return to the founder, Abdul Rahman bin Muhammad Al Owais. The Foundation’s main headquarters shall be in the city of Sharjah, and it may be established by a decision of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation
