November 2025 exam schedule The Ministry of Education and Technical Education announced new details regarding it, as it issued an urgent decision stipulating that the date of the November 2025 exams in schools in 13 governorates be modified due to the 2025 House of Representatives elections.
The Ministry of Education and Technical Education said, in an official letter to the educational directorates, that as part of the efforts made by the Ministry to improve the educational process, and in preparation for the 2025 House of Representatives elections, which are scheduled to be held in some governorates on November 24 and 25, 2025, and given the conflict of the aforementioned date with the date of the November exams in these governorates, it was decided that each of the following governorates: (Cairo, Qalyubia, and Dakahlia, Menoufia, Gharbia, Kafr El-Sheikh, Sharkia, Damietta, Port Said, Ismailia, Suez, North Sinai, and South Sinai) in which elections will be held on November 24 and 25, 2025, by preparing new schedules for the November exams according to their circumstances.

The Ministry of Education and Technical Education confirmed that it will not be responsible for setting the November 2025 exam schedule in a central, unified manner across the Republic, noting that the November 2025 exam schedule will be set and announced by educational directorates, departments, and schools, while adhering to the official date set for it.
The questions for the November 2025 exams are prepared by subject instructors to ensure fairness and unify the level of assessment.
