Ahmed bin Salman Al Muslim, Speaker of the House of Representatives, affirmed the depth of the close relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the friendly United States of America, and the joint endeavor to strengthen areas of development cooperation and push them towards more comprehensive paths, in light of the keenness and interest of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the great king of the country, and President Donald Trump, the president of the friendly United States of America.
This came during a meeting this Sunday morning with Elizabeth Litchfield, Acting Ambassador of the United States of America to the Kingdom of Bahrain, in the presence of Representative Abdulnabi Salman Ahmed, First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives.
He praised the Bahraini-American strategic relations, stressing the bilateral keenness to continue supporting joint projects, and opening broad horizons of cooperation and parliamentary coordination in international forums.
During the meeting, issues of common interest were also discussed, for the benefit and development of the two friendly countries and peoples.
