
Abdullah bin Adel Fakhro, Minister of Industry and Trade, confirmed that the Kingdom of Bahrain’s embrace of leading international companies is a very important indicator of the Kingdom’s attractive and stimulating investment climate for global investments, thanks to the ambitious strategic directions and visions that seek to consolidate the Kingdom’s position as a global gateway for investment in the region.
This came during the visit made by His Excellency the Minister to PwC Middle East at its headquarters in the World Trade Center in Manama, in the presence of a number of officials from both sides, where he praised the efforts of the leading global company in the fields of financial consulting and auditing, stressing that these areas constitute an essential pillar in enhancing the business environment in accordance with the approved regulations, which contributes to facilitating and streamlining procedures.
During the visit, the Minister was briefed on the stages of work progress in the company’s various departments. He also reviewed the technical updates that the company introduced to its operations by adopting advanced digital tools and artificial intelligence technologies to enhance efficiency and quality in performance.
For his part, Mohammed Al Mahrous, responsible partner at PwC Middle East in the Kingdom of Bahrain, stressed the continued support that the business and investment sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain enjoys in light of a prosperous economic environment that attracts quality investments.
