Menoufia Governorate witnessed an enthusiastic electoral atmosphere, with the approaching date for voting in the House of Representatives elections, as a number of candidates resorted to innovative methods to attract voters and gain their support within their constituencies.
A candidate in Menoufia roams agricultural areas by bicycle
In the Al-Bajour constituency, one of the candidates toured agricultural areas on his bicycle, amidst a youth march of his supporters who used motorcycles and bicycles on an electoral tour to visit citizens’ homes and communicate directly with them, in an attempt to get closer to voters and urge them to participate in the electoral process.
The tour witnessed a wide interaction from the people, especially in rural areas, who welcomed the candidate warmly amid calls to support young people in the upcoming electoral competition, as he is one of the new faces who rely on field communication away from traditional methods of propaganda.
A candidate organizes a trailer rally
In the Tala and Al-Shuhada constituency, one of the candidates organized an electoral procession in trailers during which it toured a number of villages, days after he appeared in a remarkable march with loaders that sparked widespread interaction on social media sites, between supporters who saw it as an innovation in propaganda, and opponents who considered it an exaggeration in electoral propaganda.
