The Ministry of Education and Technical Education announced the date for the initial evaluation of the first and second grades of primary school, starting from December 14th until December 17th of the same month, according to the dates specified by the time map for the current academic year 2025-2026.
The final evaluation for the first and second grades of primary school in the current academic year 2025/2026 will also be held on January 3, 4, and 5, 2026.
End of first semester exam
The Ministry of Education confirmed that the end of the first semester exam is allocated 30% of the grade for each subject according to the evaluation controls that depend on the assignment booklet, weekly evaluation, class performance, and monthly exams, in addition to the end of the first semester exam.
It is worth noting that the first semester exams for the transfer classes begin on January 10th and continue until the 15th of the same month, provided that the preparatory certificate exams for the first semester begin on January 17th and continue until next January 22nd, with the mid-year vacation starting on January 24th until February 5th, 2026.
