The two sisters, Aisha Khalifa Al-Fadala and Kaltham Khalifa Al-Fadala, received a master’s degree in international business law from the University of Liverpool in the United Kingdom, after passing the program’s academic and research requirements with outstanding success.
In her thesis, researcher Aisha Al-Fadala addressed the topic of “Autonomous Systems and Contractual Obligations: Reconsidering the Concepts of Consent and Intention in the Age of Artificial Intelligence.”
Meanwhile, researcher Kaltham Al-Fadala presented a study entitled “Protecting Creativity Across Borders: The Role of International Intellectual Property Law in Preserving the Rights of Designers.”
The two sisters expressed to Al-Watan their great pride in this academic achievement, expressing their great appreciation for the support they received from the family throughout the study period, stressing that what has been achieved represents an important step towards harnessing their academic knowledge and acquired experiences in serving the Kingdom of Bahrain and supporting its development path.
