The Ministry of Housing, Utilities and New Urban Communities decided to open reservations and selection of units for the second offering of the Baytak in Egypt initiative allocated to Egyptians abroad, today, Saturday.
Housing opens the door for selecting units for the second offering of the Baytak match in Egypt for 4 days
According to the Ministry of Housing’s announcement, the reservation process begins today, Saturday, November 8, starting at 9 a.m. and continues until Tuesday, November 11.
Last Tuesday, the Ministry opened the door for grievances against rejected reservations and requests for which receipts were not submitted in the first and second offers of the initiative, before deciding to close it on Wednesday, 11/5/2025.
It is worth noting that Baytak units in Egypt were offered in two phases. The first was 5,055 residential units and villas within 13 projects in 9 new cities, and the second was estimated at 1,380 residential units. Then complementary units were offered with 2,513 other units, bringing the total units offered so far from the initiative to 8,948 different units at various prices.
The Ministry committed to meeting the growing demand and expanding the scope of use of the units, within the framework of the state’s keenness to strengthen ties with Egyptians abroad, and provide various opportunities for housing and real estate investment in line with urban development plans.
