A private source revealed the position of the referee of the Pyramids match against Ceramica Cleopatra, which brings together the two teams, within the 2025 Egyptian Super Cup, which the UAE is hosting during the current period.

Pyramids will face Ceramica Cleopatra in the match between the two teams, to determine the third place holder in the 2025 Egyptian Super Cup, at Al Nahyan Stadium, the home of the Emirati club Al Wahda.
According to what a special source told Cairo 24, the management of the Pyramids match against Ceramica Cleopatra to determine the third-place finisher will be entrusted to an Emirati arbitration team, which will be chosen by the Emirati Clubs Association.
The source continued in his statements that the final match that will bring together Al-Ahly and its counterpart Zamalek will be assigned to a European arbitration team to manage it, and the UAE Clubs Association will agree with it.
He concluded his talk about the Egyptian referees who were present in the tournament, noting that the Egyptian referees left the Emirates today, Friday, after completing their mission of officiating the two semi-final matches of the local tournament.
Mahmoud Al-Banna managed Al-Ahly’s match against Ceramica Cleopatra, in the semi-finals of the Super Cup, while Mohamed Maarouf took charge of Zamalek’s match against Pyramids in the same round.
