Counselor Ahmed Bandari, Director of the Executive Branch of the National Elections Authority, said today, Friday, that requests have been submitted from a number of candidates to send their representatives to a number of embassies abroad to follow up on the progress of the electoral process in the 2025 House of Representatives elections.
Bandari added in television statements to Extra News channel that some voting densities were recorded in Arab countries, adding: We propose adding headquarters to facilitate voting according to the circumstances of the host countries, on the first day of Egyptians voting abroad.

Earlier, Counselor Ahmed Bandari, Executive Director of the National Elections Authority, said that the Authority is following, moment by moment, the progress of Egyptians voting abroad in the 2025 House of Representatives elections, explaining that the New Zealand capital was the first voting station due to the time difference with Cairo.

He pointed out that this constitutional entitlement is taking place in full coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, led by Ambassador Nabil Habashi, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, to secure the electoral process in 139 electoral headquarters distributed in 117 countries around the world, an increase of 3 headquarters from the previous Senate elections, with Iraq joining for the first time.
