His Highness Sheikh Faisal bin Rashid Al Khalifa, Vice President of the Supreme Council for the Environment, Vice President of the Supreme Authority of the Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club, and Member of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, received in his office today Ms. Nazira Zaini, Chargé d’Affairs of the Embassy of Brunei Darussalam to the Kingdom of Bahrain.
At the beginning of the meeting, His Highness Sheikh Faisal bin Rashid Al Khalifa welcomed the Charge d’Affaires of the Embassy, praising the bilateral relations between the Kingdom and Brunei Darussalam, and the development they are witnessing in various fields, especially in the environmental field, stressing the importance of strengthening cooperation between the two friendly countries in a way that contributes to supporting efforts to protect the environment and achieve sustainable development goals.
For her part, Mrs. Nazira Zaini expressed her thanks and appreciation to His Highness Sheikh Faisal bin Rashid Al Khalifa for the warm reception, praising the efforts of the Kingdom of Bahrain in protecting the environment, and stressing her country’s aspiration to continue cooperation and exchange experiences with the Kingdom in the environmental field and to promote sustainable development.
