The Maragha Center, north of Sohag Governorate, witnessed a collision between two motorcycles on the “Sohag – Assiut” road in front of the Karai Bridge, which resulted in the death of a young man and the injury of 3 others with separate injuries.
A young man was killed and 3 others were injured in a traffic accident in Sohag
Major General Dr. Hassan Abdel Aziz, Assistant Minister of the Interior and Director of Sohag Security, received a notification from the concerned authorities stating that a collision occurred with two motorcycles on the “Sohag – Assiut” road in the Maragha Center district.
The inspection and examination revealed the arrival of:
Al-Hussein Jaber Shehata Ahmed, 18 years old, from Tahta Center, a dead body, was transferred to the morgue of the Maragha Central Hospital at the disposal of the investigation authorities.
Al-Hassan Jaber Shehata Ahmed, 18 years old, suffered scattered bruises on his face and was transferred to Sohag University Hospital.
Mohamed Nasser Abdel Samie, 23 years old, from Naga Khalifa in Maragha, suffering from a suspected double fracture and bleeding in the abdomen and brain, and was transferred to Sohag University Hospital.
Ahmed Mahmoud Aziz al-Din Abu Dahab, 24 years old, a census technician from Nag al-Hakim in Maragha, suffered a double fracture of the right thigh and a suspected concussion. He was also transferred to Sohag University Hospital.
The effects of the accident have been removed and traffic has been directed, and the necessary legal measures are being taken regarding the incident by the investigating authorities.
