Major General Dr. Muhammad Al-Zamlot, Governor of the New Valley, announced that the governorate decided to expand the allocation of residential land and provide adequate housing, in a way that enhances urban development in the villages of the governorate.
Distribution of 633 plots of land
Al-Zamlot said that a public lottery was conducted for (633) residential plots dividing the extension of the village of Othman bin Affan, affiliated with the local unit of Al-Kifah Villages in the Farafra Center, as part of the second phase of the distribution work, in the presence of a large number of applicants who met the conditions and paid the value of the facilities, and under the supervision of the relevant legal and technical committees to ensure transparency and equal opportunities among the eligible.
The Governor of the New Valley confirmed that there is a plan in the governorate to expand the implementation of land projects for citizens’ subdivisions in villages, and to quickly hand over contracts to applicants. To achieve development and provide suitable housing for villagers.
