The Director of Qalyubia Education announces new plans to increase educationally accredited schools

Mustafa Abdo, Director of the Directorate of Education in Qalyubia, chaired an important meeting for quality management. The meeting came under the auspices of the Minister of Education, Education and Technical Education, Mohamed Abdel Latif, and the Governor of Qalyubia, Engineer Ayman Attia. Plans for expanding the number of educationally accredited schools were discussed, in a step aimed at raising the level of educational quality within the governorate, and ensuring the readiness of schools for accreditation.

The meeting was attended by members of the Quality Department and heads of its departments in all educational departments in the governorate, and the detailed plan for schools applying to obtain accreditation from the Subsidiary Authority for Educational Quality Assurance was discussed. Mustafa Abdo was also keen to stress the necessity of schools achieving all required accreditation standards, to provide distinguished education for students.

Specialized review teams were also formed from various educational departments, with the aim of evaluating the schools’ performance and supporting them technically to ensure their success in obtaining accreditation. The discussion included the speedy completion of submitting the evaluation files for the first semester, which contributes to fulfilling the necessary requirements to obtain recognition.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Abdo directed the necessity of preparing an intensive workshop for all members of the quality teams at the governorate level, to discuss the latest developments in accreditation standards, which reflects the directorate’s ambitious vision of expanding the number of accredited schools, which will contribute to improving educational outcomes and increasing the level of educational performance in Qalyubia.
