After the Coast Guard Command received a report yesterday from Coast and Border Security in the sisterly State of Qatar, stating that the body of a deceased person had been found at sea, the Ministry of Interior sent a specialized security team accompanied by the family of the missing citizen, in order to identify the found body, and after laboratory tests proved that the body belonged to the missing citizen, the necessary procedures will be completed to transport it to the country.
In this context, the Ministry of Interior expressed its thanks to the Coast and Border Security and the relevant authorities in the sisterly State of Qatar for the cooperation and coordination they provided in the case, expressing sincere condolences and sympathy to the family of the deceased citizen, noting that those responsible for the death of the citizen, who were with him on the boat, have been referred to the Public Prosecution to take the necessary legal measures.
