Civil Protection Forces controlled a fire that broke out in a ready-made clothes warehouse and spread to a shoe warehouse below it in the Bakos area of the Sharq neighborhood in Alexandria, without human casualties.

The incident began when the security services of the Alexandria Security Directorate received a report stating that there was a fire in a clothing store in Bakos Market.
Immediately, the security services, accompanied by ambulances and civil protection personnel, moved to the site of the report, and imposed a security cordon around the place to protect passers-by and prevent the flames from spreading to neighboring places.
The initial inspection revealed that a fire had broken out in a ready-made clothing store that extended to a shoe store 120 meters below it, in a 10-storey building, due to an electrical short.
Civil Defense was able to control him and carry out a cooling operation, a report was drawn up regarding the incident, and the investigating authorities were notified to begin their investigations into the incident.
Earlier, civil protection forces in Alexandria controlled a fire that broke out in a food store in the Abdel Qader area in Amriya.
The security services received notification of a fire breaking out in a food store on Al-Salam Mosque Street in the Abdul Qader area, and civil protection forces and ambulances immediately moved to the location of the report.
Upon examination, it was found that the warehouse was located in a residential area, with an area of 100 square metres, and it was controlled.
The initial inspection revealed that there was a criminal suspicion in the fire, as a bottle containing a flammable substance was found dumped inside it, and a report was filed regarding the incident.
