The company explained in its statement that this suspension comes due to the cancellation of daylight saving time and the implementation of winter time, in addition to the implementation of some technical updates to the charging systems.
The company confirmed that the stop will include service centers in branches and sectors, as well as external electronic shipping services such as Fawry, e-finance, and others.
The company called on its customers to take the initiative to charge their prepaid meters before the specified date to ensure the continuation of service without interruption, expressing its thanks for their understanding and cooperation.
