The Executive Committee of the Third Asian Youth Games, which is being hosted by the Kingdom of Bahrain until October 31, announced the signing of a silver sponsorship agreement with Al Baraka Stores, within the framework of strengthening national partnerships to support this continental sporting event hosted by the Kingdom of Bahrain under the generous patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of the country.
The agreement signing ceremony took place in the presence of the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the session, Yousef Daij, and the General Manager of Al Baraka Stores, Mr. Abdullah Al-Awadhi, where both parties expressed their pride in this cooperation, which reflects the private sector’s commitment to supporting sports and youth in the Kingdom.
In a statement on this occasion, Yousef Daij said: “We are happy to have Al Baraka Stores join the list of official sponsors of the tournament. This partnership reflects the spirit of cooperation between national institutions, and emphasizes the importance of joining efforts to make this sporting event a success, which represents Bahrain before the Asian continent.”
For his part, Abdullah Al-Awadhi expressed Al Baraka Stores’ pride in this sponsorship, saying: “We at Al Baraka Stores believe in the importance of supporting national initiatives, especially those that focus on youth and sports. Our participation in the Asian Youth Games comes from the standpoint of our social responsibility, and our keenness to contribute to the success of this event, which reflects the bright image of Bahrain.”
