Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, issued an important decision regarding the movement of movements and assignments for the deputy heads of a number of new city agencies, within the framework of improving performance and meeting work requirements during the next phase. This requires a redistribution of tasks to enhance effectiveness and efficiency in project management and urban development.
The decision included the appointment of Engineer Hossam Mohamed Mahmoud Qamar as Vice President of the October Gardens Development Authority. Engineer Reham Hassan Sayed Attia was also assigned to work as Vice President of the Badr City Development Authority, and Engineer Muhammad Kamel Abdullah Al-Wahidi was appointed Vice President of the Warraq Island Development Authority, in addition to Engineer Yousra Ahmed Ali Muhammad, who will serve as Vice President of the New Sohag City Development Authority. These changes are considered a positive step towards advancing work in those areas.
The decision also included the appointment of Engineer Bishoy Al-Qass Yaqoub as Vice President of the New October City Development Authority, and Engineer Wafa Hassan Abdullah as Vice President of the New Assiut City Development Authority, in addition to Engineer Asmaa Mohamed Ahmed Omran as Deputy Chairman of the Obour City Development Authority, and Engineer Adel Qasim Ibrahim to the position of Vice President of the New Obour City Development Authority. These appointments aim to enhance the efficiency of local administration.
In addition to this, the appointment of engineer Engy Samir Ibrahim Ammar as Vice President of the New Cairo City Development Authority, as well as Engineer Mohamed Abdel Karim Abdel Aziz as Vice President of the New Administrative Capital City Development Authority. These changes reveal the importance of choosing the appropriate competencies to manage the major projects that the country is witnessing.
