Scientists have discovered a simple way to treat Hair lossIt only takes 20 days for it to take effect, as researchers at National Taiwan University have succeeded in creating a promising serum that restores hair growth in mice.
In their laboratory experiments, the serum stimulated fat cells in the skin, which led to the regeneration of hair follicles. The serum contains fatty acids derived from natural sources that do not cause skin irritation. This product may soon become available to people in the form of an over-the-counter skin care product, according to what was published in the British newspaper Daily Mail.

Professor Song Jan Lin, author of the study at National Taiwan University, said he used an early version of the product on his legs for 3 weeks and found that it worked to promote hair growth, and that irritation or injury to the surface of the skin can promote excessive hair growth.
In their experiments, the team induced eczema in mice of both sexes by applying a substance called sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) to their backs. After 10 to 11 days, the treated areas of skin began sprouting new hair from hair follicles, which are only a fraction of a millimeter across. Conversely, hair did not grow back in eczema-free areas or on other shaved mice that had not been shaved. They are treated with hair growth enhancing chemicals during this period
The researchers said that the enhanced substance causes immune cells to move to the fat layer located under the mouse’s skin, and this leads to sending signals to the fat cells to release fatty acids that are absorbed by the stem cells of the hair follicles, which leads to stimulating hair growth.
