The Equal Opportunities Committee at the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments held its third periodic meeting for the year 2025, headed by Professor Dana Khamis Al-Zayani, Undersecretary of Courts, Family Reconciliation and Alimony, Member of the Supreme Council for Women, and Chairman of the Ministry’s Equal Opportunities Committee.
At the beginning of the meeting, Al-Zayani stressed the Ministry’s keenness to promote the principle of equal opportunities between the sexes through programs and initiatives that include training, career advancement, and committee membership, while providing a fair and stimulating work environment for all employees.
Al-Zayani also reviewed the initiatives agreed upon within the National Plan for the Advancement of Bahraini Women (2025-2026), stressing the Ministry’s commitment to providing support to all employees to ensure their effective and balanced participation in various fields, in line with the objectives of the National Plan and the strategies of the Supreme Council for Women.
