Ahmed Abdul Ghaffar, Director of the Bahraini delegation participating in the Third Asian Youth Games, participated in the daily meeting of delegation directors, which was held as part of the final preparations for the launch of the tournament’s activities.
The meeting witnessed a review of the organisational, technical and administrative arrangements for the competitions, in addition to discussing the timetables for the events and instructions for the participants to ensure the smooth running of the competitions in an ideal atmosphere.
During the meeting, the importance of continuous coordination between the organizing committees and delegation managers was emphasized to overcome any obstacles and ensure the readiness of all teams before the start of the official competitions.
