The family of 14-year-old student Zainab Hani Muhammad Ramadan, who resides in the village of Mit Fatak in the Mansoura Center in Dakahlia Governorate, accused the administration of the Mit Muzah Basic Education School of negligence and negligence, after their daughter fell from the fourth floor during the school day, resulting in her suffering a possible fracture of the spine and pelvis.
The student’s father claimed, in statements to Cairo 24, that his daughter fell from the fourth floor as a result of a complete lack of supervision inside the school during recess, claiming: At the time of the incident, there were no supervisors at all upstairs. I got a phone to say that my daughter fell from the fourth floor. I ran to find an ambulance and they took her to the hospital, and her condition was very difficult.

The student’s father added that his daughter was complaining about harsh treatment inside the school, in addition to being subjected to bullying from some of her classmates, explaining that the family had previously filed complaints due to repeated neglect and poor organization within the school, without any response.
He claimed that the school tried to deny its responsibility for the accident, claiming: A teacher from the school went to Zainab Al-Raya behind us in order to deny that there was negligence, but the truth is that students go to recess all at once and the crowding is a great danger to them.
For his part, a medical source at the Mansoura Emergency Hospital said, in statements to Cairo 24, that the student’s condition has witnessed a noticeable improvement over the past hours, after receiving the necessary medical care, explaining that she is still under medical observation until her condition is completely stabilized.
The Director of Dakahlia Security had received a notification from the Director of Criminal Investigation, stating that a report had been received by the Rescue Police Department about a female student falling from the fourth floor of the Mit Mazah Basic Education School in the Mansoura Center.
The officers of the center’s investigation unit moved to the scene of the incident, and it was found that the student was named Zainab Hani Muhammad Ramadan, 14 years old, and a resident of the village of Mit Fatak, affiliated with the Mansoura center, and she was transferred to the emergency hospital in Mansoura to receive the necessary treatment.
The Directorate of Education in Dakahlia confirmed that an urgent investigation had been opened into the incident to determine its causes and hold accountable any official proven to be negligent, stressing that the safety of the students comes first, and that it is following up on the student’s health condition moment by moment in coordination with her family.
