Samira Ahmed said during her meeting with the journalist Mahmoud Saad: The first time I saw the coffin, I found Nadia Yousry saying, “Shame on you, Zoz.” I looked after her and told her, “Souad, how did she throw herself?” She got angry at me and told me I wouldn’t tell you anything. When I went to receive the body, I said Nadia was the one who killed her.
For her part, Samira Ahmed demanded that Aslan neighborhood be named after her, the neighborhood in which she was born, and with which she has a close relationship.
