Confirm Walid Saladin Director of Football at Al-Ahly Club said that there is no truth to what was recently reported about the club entering into negotiations with any new players during the current period, indicating that the technical director, Yes Torop, did not request the inclusion of any new deal, whether Hamed Hamdan, the Petrojet player, or anyone else.

The football director explained that the technical staff decided to promote 8 players from the youth sector to the ranks of the first team, including a number of players from the 2005 team, as part of the club’s plan to rely on young talents and provide them with the opportunity to gain experience and participate in the upcoming matches.
He added that 3 African players have been registered in the team’s African roster at the request of Torop, which seeks to increase the number of strikers, especially in light of the suspension of player Gradishar during the current stage.
At the conclusion of his statements, the football director denied the existence of any crisis or discussion between the technical staff and goalkeeper Mohamed El-Shenawy after the team’s match against Al-Masry, stressing everyone’s commitment to discipline and professionalism within the system.
He said: There is no basis for any discussion with El-Shenawy after meeting El-Masry. I have been setting a clear system since I was at Z Club, which is not to make statements or speak to the media in the event of a tie. We also agreed that the players would stand after each match in the middle of the field to salute the team’s fans in appreciation for their constant support.”
