
US President Donald Trump spoke about several international issues during a television interview and statements to journalists on board Air Force One.
The American President praised his Syrian counterpart, Ahmed Al-Sharaa, indicating that he would receive him at the White House.
Trump said that Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa may come to the White House, and he is working hard.
He continued: “We lifted the sanctions on Syria in order to give it a chance, and I heard that its president is doing a very good job.”
The US special envoy to Damascus, Thomas Barrack, said on Saturday that Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa will visit Washington on November 10.
Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad Al-Shaibani confirmed that President Ahmed Al-Sharaa will visit the White House this month and will discuss the reconstruction of the country.
