Today… 753 subcommittees receive voters to vote in the House of Representatives elections in Beheira

647 electoral headquarters, including 753 subcommittees, will receive male and female voters in the villages, centers and cities of Beheira Governorate, who number more than 4 million and 300 thousand male and female voters, this morning, Monday, November 10, over the course of two days, during which the House of Representatives elections are scheduled to be held.

For her part, Dr. Jacqueline Azar, Governor of Beheira, stressed that the level of readiness in all centers and cities has been raised to the utmost level, and that there is full coordination between all concerned parties to ensure that the electoral process proceeds in an organized and safe atmosphere befitting the importance of this national event.

She pointed to the intensification of field visits by heads of local units to all electoral committee headquarters in various cities and centers, to review their readiness in terms of general cleanliness, raising the efficiency of facilities, providing appropriate lighting and ventilation, ensuring the safety of public facilities and bathrooms, and organizing places for citizens to wait and enter and exit easily, in a way that ensures the creation of a suitable and safe environment to receive voters.

The command and control room of the National Emergency and Public Safety Network, in coordination with the sub-operations rooms in the centers and cities, follows up the efforts of the executive agencies in preparing and reviewing the headquarters of the electoral committees, in addition to the continuous field tours carried out by the work teams in the centers and cities to follow up on the latest preparations and ensure that all needs are provided within the headquarters.

Coordination also took place between the local units and the Security Directorate to secure the committee headquarters and their surroundings, and to ensure traffic flow, with the presence of ambulances and civil protection vehicles near the headquarters, in implementation of the emergency plan drawn up to secure the electoral process.

Azer confirmed the continuation of field follow-up work through the control rooms around the clock, stressing the importance of providing an appropriate environment that facilitates citizen participation and ensures the conduct of the electoral process in a safe and orderly atmosphere that reflects the civilized image of Beheira Governorate.
