Grace Kuenga, the international follower from the Nazaha International Coalition, revealed her experience during her presence in Alexandria, expressing her astonishment at the intensity of the electoral turnout, especially among women, contrary to what she thought was the majority of men.

A distinctive atmosphere within the House of Representatives election committees

In exclusive statements to Cairo 24, she explained that she visited 8 electoral committees during the first day, noting that the turnout for the House of Representatives elections was greater than the turnout for the Senate elections, which reflects awareness of the importance of the role of the next parliament.

Grace pointed out that she is from Burkina Faso, and that the Nazaha International Coalition includes 5 civil society organizations representing 16 countries, and 34 international observers are participating in monitoring the elections, distributed across 6 governorates, including Alexandria.

She noted that the atmosphere inside the committees was characterized by calm and ease among the committee heads, voters, and observers, noting her observation of facilitating dealing with the elderly by providing chairs for them.

The executive agencies in the governorate have completed their full preparations to receive the House of Representatives elections, which are scheduled to be held on November 10 and 11, 2025, as part of the keenness to provide the appropriate climate to ensure that the electoral process proceeds smoothly and smoothly for citizens.

The electoral process in the governorate takes place through 5 electoral districts that include 5 general committees, 316 electoral headquarters, and 558 sub-committees, with a total of 4,475,444 voters who have the right to vote.
