His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, issued an Emiri Decree approving the general organizational structure of the Judicial Department in the Emirate of Sharjah. The decree stipulated that the general organizational structure of the Judicial Department attached to this decree would be approved, with the Executive Council issuing its decisions as follows: The detailed organizational structure of the department, and the decisions necessary to implement this decree, including approving job descriptions of the tasks of the organizational units in the department in accordance with their competencies, and creating, merging, or canceling any organizational units affiliated with the departments included within the general organizational structure.
