The Bahrain Defense Force, represented by the Royal Bahraini Navy, concluded the course of the joint naval exercise “Bridge 26”, which was carried out with the Royal Saudi Naval Forces, represented by the Eastern Fleet, yesterday morning, and which was held in the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This joint naval exercise is an extension of the Bridge series of exercises that are carried out periodically within the framework of close military cooperation between the Bahrain Defense Force and the armed forces of the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to enhance operational integration and joint defense coordination between the naval forces of the two brotherly countries.
The exercise aims to raise the level of combat readiness, unify concepts, and exchange operational experiences for participants in the exercise through the application of a number of joint maritime hypotheses and operations, which contributes to enhancing the efficiency of command and control systems.
