The Ministry of Youth Affairs confirmed the continuation of implementing a series of training workshops directed at members of youth empowerment centers within the “Spark 2025” program, which focuses on building leadership capabilities among Bahraini youth through interactive workshops and motivating tasks that enhance the spirit of excellence and achieving goals.

The program aims to develop communication skills, formulate goals, and deal effectively with challenges, within an atmosphere that encourages creativity, ambition, and teamwork.

In this context, Hashim Al-Kooheji, Director of the Support and Services Department at the Ministry of Youth Affairs, confirmed that the “Spark 2025” program embodies the Ministry’s vision of investing in national cadres working in youth centers and qualifying them with the latest leadership and administrative skills, which reflects positively on the quality of programs and services provided to Bahraini youth.

Al-Kooheji explained that the program contributed to raising the efficiency of the members, enhancing their spirit of initiative and innovation, and developing the work environment in the centers to be more effective and sustainable. He pointed out that the program contributed to developing the performance of the administrative teams within the youth centers, and enhancing the level of interaction and participation among young people in various programs and activities.

Al-Kooheji pointed out that the Ministry has so far provided seven training courses within the program, in which more than 200 youth center cadres from various governorates of the Kingdom of Bahrain participated, pointing out that the next phase will witness a diversification in the fields of training to include digital leadership, event management, and the development of personal and professional skills for young people.
