His Excellency Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, received at the Ministry’s headquarters today, His Excellency Mr. Andrea Catalano, Ambassador of the Italian Republic to the Kingdom of Bahrain. During the meeting, the distinguished bilateral relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the friendly Republic of Italy were reviewed, which are witnessing increasing development in various fields in light of the mutual keenness to develop them and advance them to more comprehensive horizons in a way that serves common aspirations and goals, in addition to discussing a number of topics and issues of common interest on the regional and international arenas. The meeting was attended by Sheikha Al-Anoud bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, Acting Head of the European Affairs Sector at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
