Sheikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company “Mumtalakat”, affirmed that supporting the system of innovation and modern technologies has become a necessity due to their importance in enhancing the ability of the national economy to compete and advance the wheel of development, and qualifying various sectors to keep pace with the rapid transformations in the technological field and adopt innovative solutions that support sustainable growth, noting that local companies play a pivotal role in creating advanced digital solutions that enhance the Kingdom of Bahrain’s presence in future technology fields, and contribute to pushing development efforts towards new levels. More advanced, in a way that supports the goals of the comprehensive development process under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of the country, may God protect and preserve him, and the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, may God protect him.
This came today at the opening of the headquarters of “ARI Innovation”, one of the companies affiliated with the local Mumtalakat Group, in the presence of Mr. Hamad bin Faisal Al Malki, Minister of Cabinet Affairs, Sheikh Abdullah bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, CEO of Mumtalakat, Ms. Maha Abdul Hameed Mafeez, CEO of the Labor Fund “Tamkeen”, and a number of members of the Board of Directors of both Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company “Mumtalakat” and “ARI Innovation Company”.
He toured the company’s facilities, during which he listened to a brief explanation about the company’s activities and future plans in the areas of digital solutions and innovative consulting services, and the initiatives it intends to implement to enhance its presence and contribution in the digital innovation sector. He also met with members of the Board of Directors of Ari Innovation, its CEO and its employees.
The Minister of Finance and National Economy confirmed that “ARI Innovation” constitutes a qualitative addition to Mumtalakat’s portfolio due to its active role in supporting the process of technological progress in the Kingdom of Bahrain, wishing all employees of “ARI Innovation” further success in achieving the desired goals.
