Repeated Israeli violations of the truce in Gaza
Earlier on Tuesday, the Israeli occupation army claimed to have targeted rocket launching pads in Gaza, in a new violation of the ceasefire agreement that entered into force on October 10.
According to the Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper, the occupation army claimed to have found a complex containing launching pads, missiles, and launch sites belonging to the Hamas movement in the heart of the Shujaiya neighborhood in the northern Gaza Strip, as well as an underground tunnel hundreds of meters long and tens of meters deep in the Jabalia area, northern the Strip, and destroyed it.
For his part, a spokesman for the Israeli occupation army claimed that Hamas members were using the tunnel to stay for long periods and to organize activities against the occupation army.
