Sheikh Khalid bin Hamoud Al Khalifa, Governor of the Capital Governorate, received a delegation from the Bahrain Businessmen Association, headed by Mr. Ahmed bin Hindi, Chairman of the Association, and a number of members of the Board of Directors. During the meeting, ways to enhance cooperation between the two sides were discussed, and partnership opportunities were reviewed in implementing future programs and projects aimed at supporting economic development and empowering young entrepreneurs in the Governorate.
The Governor stressed that the continuous economic and investment growth witnessed by the Kingdom of Bahrain comes thanks to the wise vision and sound directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the great King of the country, may God protect and preserve him, and the follow-up and support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, may God protect him, aimed at enhancing the elements of sustainable development and empowering national competencies.
Sheikh Khalid bin Hamoud Al Khalifa praised the vital role played by the Bahraini Businessmen Association in supporting the process of economic and investment development in the Kingdom, stressing the Capital Governorate’s keenness to enhance cooperation with private sector institutions to develop national projects and create a stimulating economic environment that contributes to empowering Bahraini entrepreneurs and supporting innovation in various sectors.
For his part, Mr. Ahmed bin Hindi expressed his deep thanks and appreciation to the Governor for his continued support for the Association’s efforts, praising the Capital Governorate’s initiatives and specific programs that enhance the partnership between the public and private sectors and contribute to supporting the wise leadership’s directives towards achieving comprehensive development witnessed by the Kingdom of Bahrain.
