Engineer Ayman Attia, Governor of Qalyubia, in coordination with the Qalyubia Chamber of Commerce, held a meeting with a number of car dealers who own car showrooms that were illegally established on the agricultural road “Egypt – Alexandria” and which had previously been removed, to discuss their current conditions and discuss the proposal to establish an exhibition complex and a civilized and regulated car market aimed at eliminating randomness and preserving agricultural lands and state property.

During the meeting, the governor stressed the governorate’s keenness to take into account the social dimension of them and those working with them, noting that a study is underway to provide a distinctive piece of land outside the residential block in the city of Banha to establish the new market in an integrated, civilized manner.
The governor also directed merchants to prepare an integrated study and vision as soon as possible in preparation for implementation.
For their part, the merchants expressed their appreciation for the governorate’s keenness to support them and reconcile their situation to serve the public good.
The meeting was attended by the Deputy Governor, the President of the Chamber of Commerce, the General Secretary, the Assistant General Secretary, and the Assistant Governor for Projects and Investment.
