Massad Boulos, US President Donald Trump’s chief advisor for Arab and African affairs, said that Trump is determined to move forward with implementing the peace plan in the Gaza Strip after the ceasefire.
Boulos added to Cairo 24: The first phase of the Gaza agreement has been implemented almost completely. Only some obstacles remain related to handing over the remaining bodies in Gaza to Israel, and we hope that will be completed soon.
Stages of the Gaza Agreement
Paul continued: We are working diligently to implement the other stages of the agreement, and there are a number of provisions for the next stages, and we hope that they will be successful.
He added: President Sisi’s work team played a pivotal role in reaching this historic agreement, and President Trump thanked Egypt for its role in the agreement.
