This evening, Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, delivered a speech at the Global Outsourcing Industry Summit organized by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, during which he spoke about investing in human resources, saying: With about 110 million citizens, and one of the most dynamic and youthful populations in the world, our people are truly our greatest wealth.

In this context, Dr. Mostafa Madbouly stressed that the government is working throughout the country to expand the scope of technical and vocational training programs, develop languages, and enhance digital skills to enable our citizens to contribute to the global economy, and most importantly, in the communications and information technology sector.
He added: Our educational system is developing in line with global technological developments. By integrating artificial intelligence and digital freelance skills into the national curriculum, over the past seven years, the government has annually distributed nearly one million tablets to secondary school students, as part of a national digital education system that continuously modernizes teaching, assessment, and access to knowledge.
The Prime Minister continued: In addition to the above, we are working to strengthen cooperation between technology providers at the global level and Egyptian universities, to ensure that our youth learn the skills that your companies require.
He continued: In addition to our strategic growth sectors: tourism, agriculture and industry, the communications and information technology sector has emerged as a fundamental pillar in Egypt’s economic diversification agenda, adding that he is personally and closely following developments in this sector with his colleague Dr. Amr Talaat, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, and that over the past eighteen months, he has visited more than 10 global service centers operating throughout the country, and during that he met a large elite of young talents who provide their services to international clients with excellence and skill. And pride.
Dr. Mostafa Madbouly added: During these visits, I am always keen to communicate with the leaders of these multinational companies that confirm the prosperity of their business in Egypt, thanks to talent, government support, and strong infrastructure. He stressed that visiting ICT companies, ICT schools, innovation incubators, and outsourcing centers has become a fixed stop on his agenda during every field visit to any governorate, and with each visit I leave more optimistic about the future of the ICT sector in Egypt.
At the end of his speech, the Prime Minister said, addressing the audience: Egypt gives you stability and partnership. We have a generation of skilled young people who are eager to contribute to your global growth, and I assure you that the entire government believes that our partnership with the private sector is the surest path to prosperity and growth.
He continued: We continue to invest in the infrastructure of the communications sector, and implement the necessary reforms to gain international trust that supports outsourcing companies to flourish in the local market, and Egypt is fully prepared to contribute to your success as you chart an innovative future and provide global value.
