The family of Mohamed Sabry, the former Zamalek team star, set the date and place for the funeral, after he passed away this morning, Friday, the fourteenth of November, following a painful accident.
Muhammad Sabry died on Friday morning, after being exposed to a painful accident following a collision with his car In a building under construction while walking on one of the side roads in the Fifth Settlement.
According to what a family member said, the funeral prayer for the late Muhammad Sabry, God willing, will be held at Salam Mosque near the Tenth District after the afternoon prayer, and the burial will be in the family cemetery in the Fifth Settlement.
He pointed out that the funeral will be held next Sunday, the sixteenth of November, at Al-Hamidiyah Al-Shazliya Mosque, next to the Zamalek Club.
On the other hand, many clubs were keen to mourn Mohamed Sabry, led by Zamalek, his former club, along with Al-Ahly and Smouha, in addition to the Ministry of Youth and Sports, led by Ashraf Sobhi, and the Professional Clubs Association, also headed by Ahmed Diab.
The Egyptian national team also requested to hold a minute of silence for the soul of the deceased during the match that the Pharaohs are playing this Friday evening against Uzbekistan in a friendly match in the Al Ain Friendly Championship.
