The Arabian Gems and Perfumes Exhibition launches an updated digital application to improve visitors’ experience

Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, may God protect him, the Arabian Gems Exhibition and the Arabian Perfumes Exhibition will be held at the Bahrain International Exhibition Center over five days during the period from 25 to 29 November.

With the launch of the Arabian Jewelery Exhibition in its thirty-third edition, and the Arabian Perfumes Exhibition in its third edition, Informa Bahrain, the organizer of the exhibition, revealed more improvements and new digital services that aim to improve the experience of visitors and exhibitors at the largest luxury shopping event in the region, which is hosted by the Kingdom of Bahrain. The two exhibitions this year are expected to attract more than 700 international and regional exhibitors through 6 dedicated halls, while they are expected to attract more than 51 thousand. In this edition, the Arabian Jewelery Exhibition witnesses the launch of an updated application for smart phones that allows visitors and exhibitors to access all the information they need to make the most of their visit. The application features a modern, advanced interface and acts as a comprehensive platform that brings together everything related to the two exhibitions in one place.

The application includes an interactive map that helps visitors easily navigate within the exhibition and event halls. It also clearly identifies important locations such as parking lots, entrances and help desks, in addition to a comprehensive list of all brands participating in the exhibition, with the ability to save favorite brands in a special list to make it easier to find them later. The application also provides detailed information about the exclusive special offers available during the exhibition days.

In addition to digital services, the Arabian Gems Exhibition this year provides a distinguished dining experience in the Arabian Gems Square, where visitors can take a rest in an atmosphere inspired by upscale French cafes. The square was created in cooperation with the “Josh Stone” design studio and the “Rho” catering company, to combine fine dining with a calm and elegant atmosphere, and to be an ideal place to relax between shopping trips.

The “Arabian Jewels Lounge” will be designated for VIP guests of the Arabian Jewels Exhibition, and it is a lounge by special invitations, representing an elegant sanctuary that provides visitors with an ideal break away from the exhibition halls. It also features a convenient shopping drop-off service, where guests can safely leave their belongings to continue exploring the exhibition.

With regard to access facilities, this year the organizers launched a new entrance linking the sixth and seventh halls, as visitors will no longer need to leave the fifth and sixth halls to explore the rest of the exhibition and event halls, and the new connection between the sixth and seventh halls will allow for a smoother and more comfortable visit.

In the same context, the Bahrain International Circuit, the home of motor sports in the Middle East, is adding a unique touch of distinction to this year’s Jewelery Arabia exhibition by displaying a stunning Formula One trophy made entirely of precious metals to the visitors of the exhibition. This masterpiece was handcrafted to perfection by Fox Silver, a well-established British silversmithing house. It was made of solid sterling silver and plated with a layer of pure 24-carat gold, created by the well-known designer Richard Fox. The cup has the emblem of the Kingdom of Bahrain in the middle, which gives it a distinctive national character, making it a timeless masterpiece that reflects the Kingdom’s distinguished position on the global arena of Formula One sports.

On this occasion, Mrs. Sarah Ahmed Buhiji, CEO of the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre, stressed the keenness to provide a high level of hospitality and distinguished and upscale services, and to employ modern technologies and digital tools, at the Arabian Gems and Perfumes Exhibition 2025, in a way that contributes to strengthening the Kingdom’s position as a leading destination for hosting major events in the region.

Buhiji added that providing comfortable and elegant spaces at the exhibition, such as the Arabian Jewels Court and the American Express Members Lounge, and launching the updated application for smart phones, embodies the interest in making a visit to the exhibition not just an opportunity to shop, but rather a comprehensive and rich experience that combines luxury, comfort and enjoyment.

For his part, Mr. Mohammed Ibrahim, General Manager of Informa Bahrain, said that the Arabian Gems and Perfumes Exhibition 2025 has become a very important annual event in the region, stressing Informa Bahrain’s continued commitment to developing the exhibition by listening to the comments of visitors and exhibitors and translating them into tangible improvements every year.

The exhibition doors will be open from three in the afternoon until ten in the evening on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, November 25, 26 and 27. On Friday, November 28, the exhibition will open its doors from one in the afternoon until ten in the evening, while the exhibition will conclude its activities on Saturday, November 29, from three in the afternoon until ten in the evening. The Arabian Perfumes Exhibition will be held in Hall No. 2, while the Arabian Gems Exhibition will be held in Halls No. 3, 5, 6, 7 and 8.
