The Sporting team succeeded in booking a qualification ticket to the final of the Women’s Basketball League, after defeating its counterpart Al-Jazira in the aggregate of the two semi-final matches, home and away.

Sporting decided the first leg in its favor, winning the match with a score of 64-57, then repeated its superiority in the women’s match with a score of 80-62.
In the return match held today, Al Jazira was able to win the match with a score of 62-45, but Sporting confirmed its superiority and qualification to the final after its deserved victory in the women’s match with a score of 78-51.
With this victory, Sporting sets a date in the final match with the winner of the confrontation between Al-Ahly and Smouha, to determine the champion of the current edition of the tournament.

The first leg of the final round is scheduled to be held next Tuesday, with the return match being played on Thursday of the same week.
